Today you are free to enjoy your last day as you wish until we pick you up in plenty of time and take you to the airport for your departing flight. An absolute must is to rise early and witness the very special Monks collecting alms. As the sun begins to rise, long lines of orange-robed monks leave their pagodas and walk barefoot down the streets collecting offerings from Luang Prabang residents.  It is a beautiful, serene ceremony that highlights the spiritualism of the Laotians.
